×購入者以外が使用できる状態での使用
×犯罪に関わるものや誹謗中傷、政治、宗教活動への利用
×広告への利用
BOOTH「ニバンボシ堂」で配布販売している素材データの著作権は
作者の宗也(96soya)に帰属します。
※あまりにも酷い規約違反や作者または第三者に損害を与えた場合、
損害賠償請求をすることがあります。
素材データの使用による損害やトラブルについては一切責任を負いかねます。
この規約は予告なく変更することがあります。
商用利用について
「ニバンボシ堂」の素材は、
企業や法人の方の営利目的での商用利用は禁止しております。
個人での小規模な商用利用は可能です。
※商用利用の際は著作権表記をお願いします。

素材を利用した同人誌やグッズ制作
→～999個までは制作・販売可能です
1000個を超える場合は営利目的での使用になるので事前にご相談ください。
スパチャなどの投げ銭で金銭が発生するもの(動画や配信など)
→商用利用になりますので著作権表記をお願いします。
上記に当てはまらない個人の方・企業や法人様はSKIMAにて制作依頼を受け付けておりますのでご相談ください。

Nibanboshido's materials are prohibited from being used for commercial purposes by companies or corporations.
Small-scale commercial use by individuals is possible.
