禁止事項
×再配布、再販売(改変したもの、NFTを含む)
×自作発言、作者を偽る行為
×購入者以外が使用できる状態での使用
×犯罪に関わるものや誹謗中傷、政治、宗教活動への利用
×広告への利用
BOOTH「二晩星堂」で配布販売している素材データの著作権は作者の宗也に帰属します。
※あまりにも酷い規約違反や作者または第三者に損害を与えた場合、
損害賠償請求をすることがあります。
素材データの使用による損害やトラブルについては一切責任を負いかねます。
この規約は予告なく変更することがあります。
商用利用について
個人での非営利目的での商用利用が可能です。営利目的での商用利用はできません。
※商用利用の際は著作権表記をお願いします。
例「素材提供：二晩星堂」「https://nibanbosi.booth.pm/」
→素材を利用した同人誌やグッズ制作
～999個までは制作・販売可能です
1000個を超える場合は営利目的での使用になるので事前にご相談ください。
→スパチャなどの投げ銭で金銭が発生するもの(動画や配信など)
商用利用になりますので著作権表記をお願いします。
上記に当てはまらない個人の方・企業や法人様はSKIMAにて制作依頼を受け付けておりますのでご相談ください。

Commercial use for personal, non-commercial purposes is allowed.
