クレジット表記は必要？
A
VRアバターで使用する場合のみ、クレジット表記を省略できます。
SNSやWEBサイトでお使いいただいた素材を紹介していただけると嬉しいです。

素材を使用したアバター・モデルを公開したい。アップロードしてもいい？
A
公開もアップロードもOKです！
ですが誰でもダウンロードができる状態でVRChat・VRoidhubにモデルを
公開しないでください。

アバター以外のものに素材を使ってもいい？
A
テクスチャやモデルを使用して画像制作、映像制作、ゲーム制作など
様々な創作活動に使用できます。
使用した場合はクレジット表記(著作権表記)が必要です。

オリジナルの漫画や小説に素材を使ってもいい？
A
クレジット表記をしていただければ使用できます。
※ただし素材のキャラクターやデザインを自分が作ったように見せかけたり、
作者を偽る行為は禁止しています。
専用衣装が必要な場合はSKIMAにて制作依頼を受け付けておりますので
ご相談ください。

素材を使ったキャラクターを商標登録してもいい？
A
禁止しています。利用者がBOOTH「二晩星堂」で配布販売している素材を独占することはお断りしております。
専用衣装についてはSKIMAにて制作依頼を受け付けておりますので
ご相談ください。

R-18/R-18Gなど成人向け作品で素材を使用できますか？
A
年齢制限を設けた作品へも使用できます。
成人向け作品を公開する場合は投稿サイトやサービスの利用規約を守り、年齢制限のチェックを入れてください。

色変えやサイズ変更、メッシュの形を変えるなどの改変はしてもいい？
A
改変OKです。ぜひ楽しく改変してください！
※ですが改変したものを再配布・再販売することはできません。

VRoid用素材をVRoid以外のモデルに使ってもいい？
A
お使いいただけます。
他の作者様のモデルに着せる場合はそのモデルの利用規約を確認してから
使用してください。

テクスチャを使用したフィギュアの制作はしてもいい？
A
個人で楽しむ範囲での使用に限り可能です。
※3個以上制作する場合や販売目的で使用する場合はご相談ください。

アプリやゲームの課金アイテムとして素材を使ってもいい？
A
素材そのものを課金アイテムや景品としてゲーム内で
販売することはできません。
ボスからドロップするアイテムやレベルアップで解放させる衣装など金銭が発生しないものには使用できます。

素材を使用して作ったゲームを配布・販売するのは再配布に含まれますか？
A
素材データをそのままの状態で抽出できる状態で配布・販売するのは禁止です。抽出できない状態であれば配布・販売できます。

イベント広告、商品広告に使用してもいい？

創作作品や創作活動以外での広告への使用はお断りさせていただいております。

申し訳ございませんが、現在「二晩星堂」の素材はBOOTHとSKIMAのみで販売しております。

I want to use materials and avatars in VRChat, cluster, and other VR applications.
Do I need to write credits?

You can omit the credit notation only if you use the material in a VR avatar.
We would be happy to introduce the materials you use on social networking sites and websites.

I want to publish an avatar/model that uses material. Can I upload it?
A
You can publish and upload them!
However, it is prohibited to publish models on VRChat or VRoidhub where anyone can download them.

Can I use materials for things other than avatars?
A
You can use the textures and models for various creative activities such as image creation, video creation, and game creation.
If you use the textures and models, you will need to credit them (copyright notice).

Can I use the material in my original manga and novels?
A
You can use the material as long as you give us credit.
However, it is prohibited to make the character or design of the material look like you created it yourself, or to falsely identify the author.

Can I use materials for my image character?
Can I register a trademark for a character that uses materials?

It is prohibited. Users are not allowed to monopolize the materials distributed and sold at BOOTH "Nibanboshido".

Can I use the materials in adult-oriented works such as R-18/R-18G?
A
It can also be used for works with age restrictions.
When publishing adult-oriented works, please abide by the terms of use of the submission site or service and check the age restrictions.

Can I change the color or size of the material, change the shape of the mesh, or otherwise modify it?
A
Modifications are OK. Please have fun modifying it!
*It is prohibited to redistribute or resell the modified version.

Can I use the materials for VRoid for models other than VRoid?
A
You can use it.
If you want to dress a model of another author, please check the terms of use of that model before using it. Please use it.

Can I use textures to create figures?
A
It is possible to use them only for personal enjoyment.
Please contact us if you would like to make more than 3 pieces or if you would like to use them for sales purposes.

Can I use materials as billing items for apps and games?
A
The materials themselves cannot be sold in-game as billing items or prizes.
You can use them for items that do not cost money, such as items that drop from bosses and costumes that are released by leveling up.

Is distributing or selling a game made using the materials included in redistribution?
A
It is prohibited to distribute or sell the material data in a state where it can be extracted as it is. You may distribute or sell the data if it is not extractable.

Can I use it for event advertising or product advertising?
A
We do not allow the use of our work in advertisements other than for creative works or creative activities.

I want to purchase materials privately outside of BOOTH.
A
We are sorry, but the materials of "Nibanboshidou" are currently available only through BOOTH and SKIMA.
